Current Projects

Lands End Condominium, North Palm Beach, Fla

The discovery of two large roof slab spalls stopped the installation of the new built-up roof . Slab spalls measured 11 ft x 10 ft and 10 ft x 9 ft with a depth of 3 inches. A properly cured concrete mix was required in order to prevent cracking and remove the moisture from the new concrete to achieve proper adhesion of the new roof components. 

Lauderhill East Condominiums, Lauderhill, Florida

Concrete Restoration Repairs for 10 three story buildings. Due to concrete spalling and deteriorated reinforcing bars reducing the structural integrity and causing unsafe conditions, restoration is required. Concrete repairs are being performed on the balustrade railings, rear patio slabs, front walkway slabs and stairs.

Edgewood Greens A Condominium, Lauderhill, Fla

Concrete Restoration Repairs for the balustrade railing top and bottom rails at the 2nd floor walkway. The 40 year old spalled and deteriorated rails are replaced with shop fabricated pre-cast concrete top and bottom rails to match the existing. The old rails are removed from the post without removing the existing decorative panels. In addition, deck spall repairs are necessary.
